Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026 · PPRP Innovations LLC

1. Who We Are

PPRP Innovations LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates AMUSSIS, a construction-bid intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information about your organization and its authorized users in connection with the Service.

AMUSSIS is a business-to-business (B2B) service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals acting in a consumer capacity, and the Service is not directed at children under 13.

2. Information We Collect

Account and Organization Data — when you register, we collect your organization's legal name, address, contact email, trade disciplines, bonding capacity, and other profile details you provide.

User Information — names and business email addresses of individuals authorized to access your account.

Project and Bid Data — opportunity details, go/no-go decisions, pursuit stages, cost estimates, subcontractor records, contract documents, daily-report entries, and other construction-project information you enter or upload.

Uploaded Files — drawings, photographs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and other files you attach to projects or documents within the Service. Files are stored in a private, access-controlled environment and are never publicly accessible by URL.

Usage and Technical Data — log files, IP addresses, browser/device type, pages visited, and session timestamps, collected automatically when you interact with the Service.

Communications — if you contact our support team, we retain those communications to resolve your request and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provision, operate, and maintain your account and the features you use;
  • To deliver bid-intelligence analysis, go/no-go scoring, capacity forecasting, and related outputs;
  • To send transactional emails (sign-in codes, account notices, billing receipts);
  • To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  • To comply with legal obligations;
  • To improve and develop the Service, using aggregated and de-identified analytics — we do not use your organization's identifiable project data to train generalized AI models without your explicit consent.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — we use third-party vendors (database hosting, object storage, email delivery, payment processing) under data-processing agreements that restrict them from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us;
  • Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PPRP Innovations LLC, our users, or the public;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy;
  • With your consent — for any other purpose with your explicit authorization.

5. Data Retention

We retain Your Data for the duration of your active subscription plus a 90-day grace period after termination, during which you may request an export. After that window, data may be permanently deleted. Usage logs and aggregated analytics may be retained for up to two years. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at the address below.

6. Security

We protect your data using encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive values, access-controlled file storage, HMAC-signed session cookies, and email-OTP authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your account, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account data by contacting us. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (and in any event within 30 days).

Transactional emails (sign-in codes, billing notices) are necessary for account operation and cannot be opted out of while your account is active. If we send optional communications in the future, we will include an unsubscribe mechanism.

8. European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland — Additional Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies to your use of AMUSSIS:

Legal basis for processing. We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so:

  • Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the Service under our Terms of Service (account management, authentication, delivering bid-intelligence outputs);
  • Legitimate interests — security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights;
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data to comply with applicable law;
  • Consent — where we have asked for and received your explicit consent for a specific purpose (you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting lawfulness of prior processing).

Your EEA/UK rights. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data;
  • Request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal-retention obligations;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format (data portability);
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK, or the relevant EU data protection authority in your member state).

International transfers. AMUSSIS is operated from the United States. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect personal data transferred outside the EEA/UK. To exercise any of the above rights, contact us at info@pprpinnovations.com.

9. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses a single session cookie ("amussis_session") to authenticate your browser session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral analytics networks, or cross-site tracking technologies.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party data sources (such as SAM.gov for federal bid opportunities). Your use of any third-party features is subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here and notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
